会飞的汽车如果能保证安全是否能实现商用？

　　首先的一条，就是飞行汽车是否能拿到国家的适航证，中华人民共和国民用航空法和民用航空器适航管理条例均明确规定：设计、生产及维修民用航空器及其发动机、螺旋桨和民用航空器上设备，须向国家民用航空主管部门申请领取型号合格证书、生产许可证书及维修许可证书。航空器需有国家民用航空主管部门颁发的适航证，方可飞行。如果没有获得该证明，则航空器将无法投入运营。而除了这一点外，小鹏还有许多需要考虑的地方。车辆价格、市场需求度、城市当中低空飞行引发的扰民、安全隐患等等问题，都将在很大程度上决定飞行汽车能否大量生产与实现民用。
